Welcome

Welcome to Read Like YA Mean It, a blog by Anjali Bhat (more about me here).

You can think of this blog as a catalog of an imaginary library collection developed for teens. Each post represents an item in the collection and contains basic information about the item, as well as my critical review, my justification for including it in the collection, and other relevant details.

You can scroll down to view the new stuff, click on All Items to see everything, or toggle between the other buttons above to sort items by author, title, genre, or format. Please note that, with the exception of GIFs, any images used on my blog entries will be hyperlinked to the image source. I have done my best to provide accurate attributions for all other information as well.

Although this is a small collection, I hope it is representative of teens' diverse interests across a variety of formats. I welcome feedback on the included materials from any reader of this blog, whether you're a teen yourself, a teen librarian, or someone with an interest in young adult literature and media.

Happy browsing!
